Happy Tuesday Everyone!
Waving hello from the west coast.
Yes, I Did... --WI this morning at WW. Still under goal and same weight as last week. I later realized that I forgot to take off my shoes at WI. Duh. --a healthy grocery shop. Passed on the Organic corn chips that were calling to me.
No Jazzercise tonight but lots of stuff that I don't want to do but need to do. Procrastination is my middle name these days. Fighting tears still and tired which I know comes with this sadness. It's never pretty when an optimist loses her mojo.

Good afternoon positive ones! Yay Jan for being under goal and with shoes on wow!! As my mom says, this too shall pass (and I will be hearing her voice in my ear saying that long after she is gone!) The grieving process is real. Hugs to you! I've been down the mountain 3 times since Wed. It's too hot down there!! Getting most of DS's court paperwork and requirements done, I'm his moral support. Thank God for moms right? This too shall pass lol. I did get out by the lake yesterday for a bit and also today since they moved my polling place further away, I got in a 40 min round trip walk. Beautiful day! Yes I CAN: - already got my steps in..but I'll do more later. - keep it clean and healthy in my food choices. - track it track it and track it. - drink my water Waves to you! Nat
