Good Morning.
Nat: Sending love for all that's on your plate right now. And WTG for walking 40 minutes
to the polling place. That's multi-tasking!
It was a hard day for me yesterday. I know this is just part of the process of loss. At least I
am feeling my pain rather than trying to eat it. When I lost my Brother I went back to work
right away, that helped. So the answer for me is to keep busy.
This came up as my page-a-day...it's by Mark Nepo.
There is hurt and there is love.
They roll us through the days
like a turtle down a hill.
All we can do when on our back
is roll one more time
and head for the sea.
Still rolling and keeping Nat's Moms advice.
This too shall pass.
Dance class tonight!
A fridge full of healthy choices.

Good afternoon positive peeps! I like that Jan, keep rolling! Or lie on your back and stare at the stairs for a while to rest and rejuvenate!  Yay for the fridge full. I'm heading to the store now, need my fruits and veggies. Out of spinach, oh no can't have that. The walk to the polls was nice and I had time, so I said why not? WI today was down 0.4, though Monday was a lot better. Darn those chips and guac I got into! I'm going to have a good week though.
