This challenge was created six years ago by a few Weight Watchers members. We are committed to making positive and permanent lifestyle changes. Success isn’t always measured at the scale. Each day, tally the positive actions that you made the day before and then talk about the challenges you are working on. Anyone with a positive commitment to the program can join. If you are the first one to post each day, please copy, paste and get us started and, if you choose, pose the Question of the Day (QOTD) that solicits constructive ideas to following the plan

Good Morning, positive 🐣🐣
🌻Health goal for June: watch portions, eat only when hungry
Yes I DID --12 mile bike ride along the canal and part of a rail trail with my sweetie at 6:30pm, we were running late but weather was too beautiful to pass up...we saw a small herd of deer splashing through a swamp! --Tap class this morning, yay! Our new routine is to Louis Prima's "Whistle Stop" --embrace moderation in my eating...despite more temptations than usual
Yes I CAN : --spend time in my nook....probably studying some more today 😇 --maybe a late afternoon hike --"finish strong "
Be well! Carol

Good morning positive peeps!! Nice bike ride Carol! Jan, I'm always in need of a good kick in the pants to get anything done LOL. Such a procrastinator I am! Yes I CAN: -Enjoy the quiet house (they're both off the mountain) and a little slow time for work and do something that makes me happy. Hopefully that means getting my steps in too! -Keep it clean and within points today. -Stay positive in this sometimes depressing times we are living in. Focus on the positive, keep head up. -Focus on my why....make those doctor appointments that I've been procrastinating on...mammo, physical. -Get outside for a bit, it's a beautiful day. Waves!! Happy Friday...hope your weekend plans include taking care of you! Nat

Happy Friday!
Nat: Glad you have some "you time". So important. Enjoy it.
Carol: Sounds like you're in a good headspace. What a gift to hike and bike among nature. A lot of the wildlife I see on my bike rides is just crazy people. LOL. Still interesting but not as healing to the spirit as the birds and animals that make this country their home.
Leaving in a few minutes to pick up my 88-year-old Aunt. Taking her to the library while my cousin and family are in Hawaii. She makes me feel closer to Mom, even though they were very different kinds of people. Lunch with my old friends from work at 2 pm, so a busy day. I like that.
Will check in later folks.
