Good morning. So, it was hot yesterday. Really hot. Then it rained. While I was walking home. Today, the temps have dropped 25°. Yesterday - linen shirt. Today - long sleeves and a jacket. I know what you're going for with the exercise to prove desire for the treat. Doesn't really work on me though as I'm generally immune to WW Jedi mind tricks. I always want the cookie.

Hi, Louis - thanks for the laugh, I can't laugh and eat cookies at the same time. The temp here is 80 but 75% humidity makes it feel like a hundred to me. I am glad it is cooler for you today.

Hello,
Thanks for starting us, Debbie. 80 doesn't sound bad but you are right, the humidity + still air makes such a difference. I'm not surprised that you got your workout in. If the mind games work for you, that's all good.
Hi, Lou. It is still hot here. It was 91 when I drove home from work. I checked the heat index when I was ready to work out and it was 96. I decided on a WATP video instead of outdoors. So we have two distinctly different camps re: the mind games. I'm on the fence.
I'm not going to post from work for now, so I may be hit and miss. I set up my work computer to use my mouse with my left hand yesterday. I feel like I'm learning to type all over again. I just switched it on my home PC, too. My work setup is a bit more comfy with the brace than my home office.
We FaceTimed with the FL fam this evening. We were not in sync for Sunday. It may have been just as well, DGranddog was very sick, and sadly they had him put to sleep yesterday. It was time and they did the right thing. He was ill and not going to get well. 14 years is a long life for a dog. I was really looking forward to seeing him on my next visit. Even if the DGDs take a bit to warm up, he was always super happy to see me. I definitely have shed some tears over the loss of Antonio.
Work is still a bit strange and I am sure it is going to take a bit to adjust. I still have some reassigning of my analyst's work to get done. No one has come to me about any of the items as yet, which is a very good thing.
FP & steps are good for today. I had intended to visit DS#2 but he is sick. His nose was running like a faucet and he was sneezing a lot when I was there yesterday. I am in hopes that he will be okay to go to work tomorrow. Today was his day off and he spent it in bed trying to rest and get over whatever bug bit him.
Waving hi to Brenda, Vicki and Lori and hoping you are all well.
Good night, Ginia

Sorry to hear about DGDog's passing, Virginia. 14 years is a long time for dogs.
Cecilia's mouse on her computer here is to the left (space issue). I feel about useless on that machine. My left arm just doesn't know what to do.
