I was impressed by the taste of the Kroger 98% Fat Free Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup. The Campbells tastes nasty, IMO, but this tasted like real Cream of Chicken soup. I used it in a buffalo chicken pasta recipe and it turned out fantastic. Even my son and husband loved it.

Sure DebDoesWW , Serves 5 @ 6WW Freestyle points each Ingredients 1.5 pound(s)uncooked boneless skinless chicken breast(s) 1 can Kroger 98% Fat Free Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup 3 tbsp Tabasco Pepper Sauce, Original Flavor (I had Texas Pete on hand, but whatever brand you like) 8 oz Barilla pasta plus penne pasta 1 pinch table salt, to taste 1 pinch black pepper, to taste 1ā4 cup(s)fat-free cream cheese 3 Tablespoons fat free Ranch dressing 2 oz Kraft Natural Cheese, Made with 2% Milk, Sharp Cheddar, shredded Instructions Place chicken in a pan and barely cover with water and 1/2 tsp salt. Bring to a boil, then lower temp to a simmer and cook about 10 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through. While the chicken cooks, heat the cream cheese in the microwave for 20 seconds to soften, then add the soup, dressing and hot sauce. Mix well and set aside. Once the chicken is cooked, remove to cool a little and cook the pasta in the same pan with the chicken broth it made -add water if needed to cook pasta. When the pasta is cooked to your liking, reserve 1/2 cup of the liquid and drain the rest. Cut the chicken into bite size pieces or shred it. Put everything back in the pan, stirring to coat, and simmer 2-3 minutes until it's heated through. Add the pasta cooking water if it's too thick.

DotRen, thank you for posting that, it looks good except I am confused on the chicken part. Cover chicken with water and simmer for 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. I have never cooked chicken that way but wouldnāt you need to bring water to a boil to cook it? That just seems like it would be raw after 10 minutes.. It looks really good though, thanks!

I've never had it take more than 10 minutes for boneless, skinless breasts or tenders. Bring it to a boil, with the chicken in the pot, then lower the heat and simmer 10 minutes. I guess thicker breasts would take longer though
