Winter is here!! We have 52 days till Spring March 20, 2017. This is time enough to start to develop new goals and approaches for goals with exercise and healthy eating. Whether gym at home or outside we can exercise and see the benefits by Spring. Tracking our healthy eating helps us lose weight.
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycling, spinning, swimming, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you Can set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday thru Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins (WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here!
This challenge runs from January 1 to March 20.

Wow all 3 of you ladies had a loss! WTG so happy for you.
Mo my foot hurts off and on. I think I have a stress fracture (only because I felt a pop on the top side of my foot and feels like what I did to my right foot a couple years ago). Of course that is my diagnosis.
Debbie how is your foot feeling.
Amy how is the TM? Do you like it?
Already have gotten in 6,226 steps this morning walking with Maddie. I will go out again soon. Just walking slow.

Brenda, wow, awesome job with your steps! I got my fitbit, now I guess I'm waiting until Tuesday to see if the podiatrist will clear me for walking. Overall the foot still hurts but now occasionally it doesn't, especially after spinning class. Which makes my knee feel better! I'd like to believe I'll be jogging again by summer!
I went to the gym this morning for spinning class (minus the standing parts). They have a cycling challenge going on which I am doing great in being that spinning is the only strenuous exercise I'm cleared to do, lol! We have punch cards with 16 spots and I have 13 of the 16 already punched. So when it filled I get a tshirt or towel or something, I think. Whatever, lol! A towel would be nice! Or a decent water bottle, I've lost most of mine! Then I'll fill up another card because the challenge goes until March!

I am dong laundry this morning and darn if there is not a small drip from the water pipe where the gauges are all connected. Jim is going to investigate!

I love the treadmill. Tomorrow meals on wheels com to give me lunch between 11 and 1. I did 2 miles today. I hope my trust sends a check for the nutrisystem dinner soon.
