Winter is here!! We have 52 days till Spring March 20, 2017. This is time enough to start to develop new goals and approaches for goals with exercise and healthy eating. Whether gym at home or outside we can exercise and see the benefits by Spring. Tracking our healthy eating helps us lose weight.
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycling, spinning, swimming, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you Can set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday thru Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins (WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here!
This challenge runs from January 1 to March 20.

Sun -go the extra mile!
Mon -OP day
Tues -work those arms!

Thurs -at least 6 servings water
Fri -at least 5 servings fruits&veggies
Sat -work those abs

Debbie that's great you can still do the spinning class. Fingers crossed for your doctor appointment!
Mo I hope the pipe things was not serious.
Amy that's great you love the TM. Good luck getting the Nutrisystem food.
Met my step goal yesterday. Going to get out for more walking today. I will do weights too.
Tomorrow is my WW meeting so I am hoping to keep my eating in check today. I am so close to a couple goals, but I keep blowing it.

Brenda, sounds like you a doing great with your steps, WTG! Good luck at tomorrow's WI!
I'll go to the gym tonight after work for arm weights and a spinning class. I got up too late to hop on my gazelle at home before work, rats!
