Have so much to do tonight that I will keep this short......I changed my avatar so you can see Shana. The vet said she is fine and figures the runs came from change of food and the runs are pretty much gone and she is learning but not perfect about going outside. She is verrry smart. Let's get into our circle of wagons now and sing by the fire "WE CAN DO THIS, YES WE CAN...WE CAN LOSE NEW POUNDS....MY THIN FRIENDS!"

Hi everyone thanks for the start Kathie. Shana looks like a great pet. Glad you're busy that always sounds good.
Sandy unbelievable! When I baby sat it was 25 cents an hour. The trip to Gatlinburg sounds like a fun time for Debbie and Maija. I remember years ago when we camped there and did a tour of the country side with an old cemetery being the gem of the car trip. Hope you're 100% soon. Rest up!
Harriet our weather was perfect yesterday in the 70's with low humidity. They say it will last till next Tuesday. I hope that's true. Hope you got your pool time in!
I got all my activities in yesterday. 13553 steps. Today I'll dance, get a hair cut and hopefully go to the festival at St. John's tonight. Have a great day! Hugs and blessings to us all! See you in the morning

Kathie I love the picture! Looks like she's smiling!
Maija and Debbie left about an hour ago. Fred and Bailey got up to say goodbye and have gone back to bed and Bridgette has taken her spot in the chair on the porch. They said it'll take about nine hours to get to where they're going and will be back Monday night.
Debbie found out from her attorney the court session in Wednesday is like a divorce case cattle call. 30 cases will be heard and it's just to either give relief or not and nothing will really get done as they have about five minutes each and you don't know when you will be called up so you go and wait. But she said Jeff's attorney still has not given his financial disclosure and it was due to them two days ago and nobody involved in the farm sale will talk to them. Guess they don't realize that even though Debbie can't claim any of the money since it's a trust they still have the right to know as it lets the court know he's financially sound and doesn't need alimony. One thing is if he does get alimony he will have to pay child support and that money would be deducted each month from the alimony. Also even if he isn't given alimony he is responsible for half her high school tuition and also half of the tuition for any college she decides to go to whether it's a junior college or four year and is responsible for that until she's finished. I think he will be very surprised when he learns that as he feels he shouldn't pay child support or any other expenses of his daughter! Debbie said her attorney showed her some figures and with the difference in the value of her car vs his truck and attorney expenses he took from their bank account the only money she would have to give him as a buyout of the house at the most would be $58,000 and we know he's expecting much more than that but apparently when figuring house value for one spouse buying out the other it's based on assessed tax value not market value and that's always much lower. Plus with the money in the joint bank account she shouldn't have to pay anything up to the time the divorce is granted. She told her attorney she would just like the judge to say how long if alimony is granted and just pay it all up front and be done with it. She told Debbie she doesn't recommend that as the divorce probably won't be final until the end of the year and by then his mother, being in her 90's, could pass and that money along with the money from the sale of the farm could cancel any alimony as he would be financially better off than she is and if she pays it all up front she would not get it back but by paying monthly it would just stop. The bad thing is it looks like until the divorce is final he will probably be allowed to remain in the house as the court would say nobody is stopping Debbie and Maija from moving back in the house with him. Debbie said that man is up on criminal charges of assaulting two minors and our daughter is one of the main witnesses at his trial and you're saying they see no reason we should not live with him until the divorce is final? That's just ridiculous! Her attorney agreed but said that's how the court will probably see it. I hope she won't try for the apartment as by staying here she can save money and since it will be done at the latest by the end of the year I think she can hang in for that long. But we'll see how next Wednesday goes.
I have a haircut this morning and then might get to Costco.
