B: Oat banana PB bars with walnuts and sf chocolate bits (homemade, no added sugar), coffee w/skim milk, 1/2 cup Tropicana 50 OJ, multivitamin
L: Leftover baked stuffed tomato and mushrooms over greens, and maybe a teeny spoonfull of rice pilaf, homemade unsweetened iced tea with fresh mint
D: Artichoke raviolis with fresh herbs and sauteed onions and shrimp with EVOO drizzle, steamed green beans, half glass white wine
Snacks: Slice roast beef, plain lf yogurt with fresh berries and Truvia nectar drizzle, espresso
Lots of water

Exercise- 10,000 fitbit steps
B- plain FF greek yogurt w/fruit, flax, wheat germ, chia & muesli ice coffee w/ unsweetened almond milk
L- sandwich: 1 slice low sodium turkey, 1 slice Munster cheese, tomato & lettuce
D- burger w/american cheese. Large salad:red onion, romaine, tomato, broccoli
S- popcorn and multi grain cheerios

zazzles , Oh how I love homemade mashed potatoes with butter & milk. I usually just go with the TJ's frozen and microwave. I haven't tried TJ's frozen. I've used Hungry Jack dried flakes many times, but there's nothing like homemade. This time around I cooked up red potatoes, melted some butter in the Prep & Cook, added the potatoes, and set to pulse with the whip attachment for not much more than 1/2 minute. I got a nice batch and didn't need to add anynthing else.

zazzles , Oh how I love homemade mashed potatoes with butter & milk. I usually just go with the TJ's frozen and microwave. I always have a bag of Ore Ida's Steam & Mash potatoes in my freezer. You still have to mash them with your own milk & butter if you want. I like them because I can use Lactaid milk for my son & control the salt.
