b- 2 eggs, 2 slices bacon, 1 slice bread toasted, 1% milk l- chopped tomato w/ tbsp mayo d- ribeye steak, salad w/ 2tbsp lite italian, 2 crescent rolls
sn- banana, mini brownie cupcakes-2
exercise- walked am/pm- 9182 steps

Exercise= Ballet class, Elliptical, some weights and stretching
B- 1 soft boiled egg on ciabatta roll ice coffee w/ unsweetened almond milk Green smoothie- water, blueberries, TJ power greens, 1/2 banana
L- None
D- baked sweet potato, sauteed mushrooms & onions, salad:romaine, tomato, feta cheese, steamed broccoli
S- TJ's air-popped popcorn & multi grain cheerios. peach
