b- 1 egg omelet w/ onions and shredded cheese, 2 slices bacon, 1% milk l- chicken breast chopped w/ crushed pineapple and 1T mayo-making chicken salad, snack size gold fish, sugar free choc pudding, water d- eng muffin, stouffers cream chip beef 1/2 cup, 1% milk
sn- banana, blueberries, homemade peach cobbler
exercise- walked all day at work, walked the dog pm- 10452 steps

exercise- walked all day at work, walked the dog pm- 10452 steps Good job on getting your 10K in ! It was a rainy, hot and humid once again. But I managed to just get my 10K in running my errands and doing a few chores. But no formal exercise.
