Hi all.
I'm in. My mom has stopped throwing up. So that's good.
Going to breakfast with my co-workers. Then going to school to get some things ready. Meeting with my trainer at 3:30.
Although I'd love a day to do nothing, it feels good to get back into the groove.

Good morning all. The grands start school this morning so I'm off duty now. I miss seeing them on a daily basis but it's good to get back on schedule. DH and I did our 2-mile walk early this morning and although it was warm and humid, it's tolerable. Going to my WW meeting today and then a few errands. I’m in after falling off falling off the wagon yesterday. Picking up the pieces and getting back on the straight and narrow. Drinking a bottle of water to start the day. Have a great day everyone.
