Wednesday: S - Usual coffee B - If it's Wednesday, must be frittata over arugula w/evoo and lemon, 1 sl. 647 wheat L - Yesterday's tuna salad in an heirloom tomato with 1 oz. baked chips D - TBD - I have fluke but probably won't feel like cooking in this heat and will pick up a sub or pizza E - Spin

b- scrambled egg sandwich w/ tomato, 1 T mayo, toasted lite wheat, 1% milk l- bologna sand w/ cheese, lite wheat w/ 1Tmayo, water, tomato w/ 1T mayo, sugar free pudding d- hamburger on potato hamburger bun, w/ mayo,pickle, tomato, steamed squash and onion, water
sn- blueberries, peach cobbler
exercise- walked all day at work, walked the dog pm- 9445 steps
