weigh day this am b- 1 egg omelet w/ onions and shredded cheese, 3 slices bacon, 1% milk l- 2 slices of veggie pizza from last night, diet dr. pepper d- LOTS O points - Mexican- didn't count ;(
sn- fiber one bar
exercise- walked at work, too tired to walk the dog- 7425 steps
going to put my feet UP
