How to post a picture. 1. Find one on a website that is free. 2. Click on the picture and get it in a different page. 3. Right click on it there and choose copy image address or something to that effect. [Not save picture as.] 4. To double check it you can put the address at the top of a new page in the http place and if it opens there then you have the address correct. 5. Come to this page and find the picture icon which is next to the envelope icon. Click on it. 6. Delete 'http://' then paste in the saved address. 7. Last, click 'Insert Image,'
There you have it. You can't use a photo from your computer. It has to be on a website.

Hello, everyone!
Busy day today. I decided to fry chicken and make mashed potatoes for lunch, so that took most of the morning. The girls played on the computers until DH came home. He took them down to the family room where I heard them playing the ukulele and the autoharp.
Lunch was good and everyone helped me clean up.
We left the house about 1:30 for the Mall. We looked at Barnes & Noble for a book that one of the young women in our church has authored. They didn't have it, but I ordered it. Next I looked for a book by Elizabeth Peters. She has passed on, but I thought her novels based on an British archeologist in Egypt were still popular. Didn't find any of those either.
I bought the girls a few things for school. Their school furnishes everything, so it wasn't necessary, just something fun to do. We also had pretzels and lemonade.
Next we went to Hobby Lobby. DH bought a new watercolor brush, and the girls got some engraving things. They dropped me at the door of Aldi's to quick pick up more German candy, and we parked in the parking garage to wait for DD to finish work. I'm sure going to miss those girls next week!
We had wonderful leftovers for supper! See y'all tomorrow! (Pet friendly snakes! GAAK!) Molly

Good evening Dog Days, We got the house all cleaned up for next week and washed up all the pet bedding, our sheets and towels. So tomorrow I will finish the rest of our wash. Oh, I washed Jacks Hockey Cloths for his skill skating this Afternoon. Then we loaded up Jacks Hockey bag and met them at the rink. Jacks Mom picked Jack up at his bus stop. Rob came straight from work. After skill skating Ted and I went to Golden Corral for supper. Rob went to his friends house for the night. His friend Tim has a screen door that pulls down like his garage door and they can sit in the garage and not get ate up from bugs!!! Tim has a big screen tv out there and a big fan to keep them cool. Tim's subdivision is way off to the north of our town, it is past Rob's subdivision. It's what we call one town to far away!!! It is what most people would call the Boonies!!! It is a really nice new subdivision though!!!! He has a big two story house kind of like Robs!! Rob and Tim like the great outdoors with some modern touches!!!! Tim's subdivision is really quiet, there is all farm land and woods around his subdivision. So I'm going to put on my night cloths and find a movie to watch till I get sleepy!!! Talk to you all tomorrow. P.S. Lucy, I like all the names you put up!!!

Well didn't get much done, thought I had the bookcase finished but no such way so decided to get someone to finish it for me, 4 plus hours was enough for me to spend on a task that should of taken half that time at least. So someone should be here tomorrow between 8:30 and 9. Plus I tripped and fell smack onto the unit and have a big old lump on my left leg, so I iced it and that's when I decided that enough was enough. So I'm going to ice it again for a bit.
Have a good evening and a good nights sleep.

Sorry Lucy I forgot to wish you a Happy Birthday. Glad to hear you did some partying.
I had a kind of busy day today. Jim and I both went out and played with Shana this morning before it got too hot. She has almost mastered potty training. Our 100 degree days are over but we're still in the 90's. I cooked Jim's favorites today.....His pork ribs according to my diabetic recipe. He just loves them and they are good for him.
Tucking you all in now in SKY BLUE BLANKETS WITH CLOUDS ALL OVER....sweet dreams!
Enjoying Dog Days with my new doggie - Kathie
