We are maintainers who want to share accountability. This is a daily thread, but you’re welcome to post daily, weekly, or whenever it suits you. Share your weigh-in, or your progress in maintenance, or just stop in and say hello. Whoever shows up first for the day is welcome to start the thread.
Our focus is on our determination to maintain our weight goals. For some of us, just checking in to say “I’m here” means that we’re being mindful of our plan, that we’re accountable to ourselves and that we want to share that with others who are doing the same.

I'm back from weekly WI. Down 2.2 pounds. Quit doing Freestyle this week and started tracking calories and GHG on MFP. Working for me so far. Freestyle might be a good maintenance plan, but for me it is not a good weight loss plan.

I'm in.
I'm really not sure what version of WWers I'm following. I guess it's Freestyle since I'm using the online tracker and that's how I'm tracking my food. I've been eating pretty much the same as I have for years, but I have been trying to focus on more eggs, chicken and fish.

I forgot to check in earlier but I'm catching up now. santex, good for you for changing things up and figuring out what works for you! Nice loss! luanne, thanks for the reminder that eating the same way that I did when I was losing and maintaining well would help stop the slow weight creep that I've had over the past couple of years.
