S - Usual coffee B - 2 poached eggs on a bed of sauteed spinach, half of the home fries, 1 slice onion rye toast, more coffee L - I have cotton candy grapes, watermelon and cantaloupe D - Steamed lobster w/rf butter/lemon/hot sauce for dipping, corn on the cob with light butter, tomato/hard parm salad w/ov, light garlic roll E - Spin

excersize- did not walk- still under the weather- 5492 steps from the groc store and SAMs and walking around the house.
