Tuesday: S β Usual coffee B β Tomato sandwich in a pita w/canola mayo (lots of tomatoes!!) L β Large tomato stuffed with lobster salad, 8 rf Wheat Things, cotton candy grapes D β Fluke Florentine with roasted red pepper aioli, haricots verts, glass of skim milk E β 30 minutes spin/25 minutes weights
Lunch today has been moved to tomorrow. Today was spicy tuna tartare and seaweed salad with the bosses.

Honestly, I didn't realize how used to unsweetened coffee I am, but the protein shake in it was awful lol.

I tracked both yesterday and today, which at least shows some positive sign for me. Yesterday I did OK (especially exercise), but so far today will be very good if I stick to the rest of my meal plan. It's almost 3 pm now.
B: Light bread with Peter Pan whipped less sugar PB and raspberry preserves, coffee w/skim milk and 1/2 cup Tropicana 50 OJ
L: Surf Taco salmon taco with small number tortilla chips and green salsa (this is surprisingly low in calories), unsweetened iced tea
D: Baked chicken thigh with skin removed, roasted carrots, parsley root and radishes
Snacks: Danon Light & Fit banana yogurt, espresso, and one almond pizzelle

B: leftover bulgur and spinach inside omelet with homemade salsa on top - iced coffee
L: seitan sandwich with ketchup and mustard on light bread and 3.5 oz figs (four without the peel)
D: 2 cups angel hair, 1.5 oz mozarella/cheddar mixture and sauce with peach in nonfat yogurt for dessert
