Good morning, Louis - I do not have any WW program information available to me now and I have not been to a meeting in years. I have been keeping up with wi at home only. I wish I could get some new information. A lady from England now living in Valencia has asked for help to lose weight and I offered but now have no idea how. We will meet when I get back there so that gives me a week or two to figure it out. Brenda - the color sounds great, a beautiful new car! Vicki - hello
We are so tired today! Yesterday we took the ferry to Tallinn, Estonia, only a 2 hour trip. It is a small town and we walked the entire town. Ted received a world record medal from garmin connect for his 38,000 steps. I was so tired I didn't even check. This is our last day in Helsinki, we are driving to a Airb&b in the country for a week next. Maybe we will get to go trekking and pick our own berries. Louis - I haven't seen your Alaska pictures yet, did I miss the post? Debbie

Good morning.
I've been lazy about getting the Alaska pics up on FB, Debbie. They're all on the phone, so I need to do it on there. I don't like posting pics using the FB app because they all look like postage stamps, so you don't know if you got the "good" shot or not.
There are several apps out there that'll count WW points under old programs. So, if there one you've liked in the past, you can track that way on the phone. You can teach your friend the program you like that way.
38k steps? Yikes. That's running a HM in the morning and *then* having a full regular day.

Hi, Louis - is there a free app, what is it? I post straight to FB , I post a lot then delete as they load if it is a repeat or to similar. I quit counting points a while ago and used the myfitnesspal site to keep track of carbs, fat ,protein and sugar more. I think using the WW point system would help the expat be successful quickly. It did for me. Lori - I grew up at memorial stadium, you lucky duck. I need to get back there sometime. I am so sad your mom isn't well. Hugs and prayers to you and your family. Have a wonderful weekend.
It was a very nice day riding the tram and finding more fun areas of town. We found great pepperoni pizza! Haven't had that in 5 months. I had a cup of coffee this morning, first coffee in 32 years, we went to the oldest bakery in Helsinki and it advertised the best coffee in the world. Coffee Americana is expresó with water added. It was good and I did a band workout while Ted napped. Tomorrow we head to the country. Debbie

I'm sorry, ((Lori)). Prayers that they can make her comfortable.
ITrackBites is app most folks use, Debbie. It's free, but she would probably want to pay the few bucks a month to get premium features like the recipe builder and super-expanded database.
You're able to choose tracking methods from multiple iterations of the program, so you can teach her the one you liked best.
