Lori, I am so sorry to hear about your mom. I will keep her in my prayers. Take care.
Lou, I usually have a black or grey car. I was thinking white (never had a white car) this time, but then I saw Cinnamon Girl and she was mine ;-)
Debbie, wow you and Ted are so adventurous. You all got a lot of steps in!! The pizza looked yummy that you posted.
Virginia, how are you doing?
Vicki, how are you doing?
I've been MIA for a couple days. Working on a better financing for my car. My Credit Union is awesome--car dealership not so much. Scale up a little because I'm a stress eater. It will all work out though.

Hi, Brenda - thanks for the start. You have been doing great so get right back to it. I love my credit union.
Today we got a rental car ,we haven't driven in 5 months and left Helsinki to a timeshare in northeast Finland almost on the Russian border. We have an individual little cabin with trees and grass all around. I am in love with it. The little patio has a grill, bikes and there is a sauna in the bathroom. Best thing is the quiet , no neighbors close by. Debbie

Good afternoon.
You had me at nobody around, Debbie.
Credit Unions are great, Brenda. Hopefully, they'll get you hooked up with a good rate.
Pics from Alaska cruise are finally up on FB.

Hi, Happy Sunday! Louis - I loved the Alaska photos. I am happy to see that there are some glaciers still. It looked with Cecilia had all the proper clothes and enjoyed herself.
The expat ladies of Spain have really started the FB weight group off with a bang. I hope I will be able to meet some of the ladies. Today started with a bike ride, my bike lock disappeared sometime during the ride so it turned into a longer ride. We couldn't find the lock . A triathlon started at noon so we went and watched that for a while. Now just relaxing the day away. Debbie

Good morning
Debbie, thanks for the Sunday start. Sounds like you and Ted are having fun. That's great. I like my CU too.
Lou, I agree Credit Unions are great. It is a much better rate with them.
Lori, how is your mom?
Virginia, you rocked the steps yesterday!
Vicki, you rocked the steps today!!
I met my step goal yesterday. Weather is really nice here again today. Watching all the tributes to John McCain. I wish our politicians could get back to the way things use to be. So sad how hateful we've become.

Hi,
Thanks for starting us, Brenda. Congrats on Cinnamon Girl. I am proud of you for not choosing a white car. Hooray for color! I agree regarding credit unions. I shop around when we need financial services and the credit union that I have dealt with for years almost always has the best terms. I am doing okay, thanks for checking and congrats on getting those steps in.
Hi, Debbie. The pictures of Finland are great. I like not having neighbors thisclose. Is it strange to drive after months with no car? Nice that you got to go bike riding today. I am glad that you found a WW or similar group, that should be very helpful.
Hi, Lou. The Alaska pics are great. I had a dream last night that our group all met and stayed at your & Cecilia's house. In my dream, your house was so big that I got lost in it and had to find an outside door so that I could exit and walk around to locate the front door to get my bearings.
Hi, Lori. I am sorry that your mom is doing so poorly. I remember that you mentioned awhile back that she was in ill health. I hope that your weekend getaway is enjoyable and that it helps you relax and de-stress.
Hi, Vicki. I hope you are doing well.
My car color of choice is blue. I have only ever had blue or green cars so far. I have considered silver and gray colors but so far have had success finding my preferred blue color. Yesterday I did 8 miles with the local half marathon training group sponsored by the Y. Thursday evening was my first time out with them this season. I should be able to make it for most of the training sessions from here on in. It was breezy when we started yesterday so that was nice. I did WATP today. It was hot and muggy here today after a few cooler and less humid days. Tomorrow I hope I will get to meet with my personal trainer after missing several weeks. He has had car trouble, illness and other things come up and of course I was away the past two Mondays.
I hope all are well.
Good night, Ginia
