It doesn't have any points if you don't eat it so for me it would be a zero-point food. YMMV.

Actually it popped up on my FaceBook feed, what I want to know is what ever happened to good old fried Oreos and twinkies at the fair? Remember, younger generations need new thrills. Ohohohoh...or maybe it's a new food "program" designed to help people lose weight quickly. Perhaps this is WW 2019!

ROFL at WW 2019!!!! Where all bugs will be added to the new and improved simply filling list!
Bugs - the other white meat, it’s what’s for dinner!

Since food at a fair is eaten standing up, it has no points.
If you sit down on a bench, all bets are off.

Aren't bugs mostly protein? They probably have 0 points. You would have to count the points for how they are cooked. For example, a deep-fried cricket I think you'd have to count at least 1 point for the deep frying. That's a lot of points for such a little bit. It's not point-worthy in my opinion.

They aren't deep fried. They are jerky.
Of course, the ants are served: "ants-on-a-stick features a pretzel rod (hence "the stick") slathered in marshmallow and then rolled in two kinds of ants: small black ants and larger brown "queen" ants. (Yes, they're dead.) "
I wouldn't mind a pretzel rod slathered in marshmallow though. That sounds pretty good.

DebDoesWW, I double-dog-dare you to post the ant stick on Connect and ask about the points. I bet the responses would be hysterical.
