How Many Minutes
* Choose how many MINUTES (NOT miles or number of workouts or APs - just MINUTES) you want to be active this month. Choose the number that is right for YOU! * YOU CAN JOIN ANYTIME DURING THE MONTH. * Activity is whatever you choose. It can be anything from gardening or doing some stretches to walking, running, yoga, cycling, swimming, zumba, or spinning, or anything in between. YOU decide what constitutes being active for you! * Check in and tell us how you're progressing toward your monthly goal. * You can check in as often as you'd like. The thread will be posted daily. *Everyone welcome. You can start anytime you want to. *If you only want to track your daily minutes and post here that is fine, too. You don't have to keep track for the month.

We lost internet and the phone lineβοΈ sometime last Wednesday and it was in the middle of a three day holiday - Eid al Adha - so the govt offices were closed and hubby didn't even put our name on the list till last Saturday when of course they were soon to close again. SOoooo...they finally came to fix things today and we are back online. It has been quiet few days in which I have been totally reliant on my phone to receive messages and interact with the world...my phone, though smart, is not smart enough to do all I do on the desktop computer with real internet. Hopefully I will be back online now till...well...the next time. I have done a LOT of reading! π Now need to get all of the online things I could not do in the past almost week done before going to the first Wednesday gathering in about three weeks.
Have put in a couple hours of cleaning windows and doing heaps of laundry...been a few frustrating days around here
