It's a "bad" day, mostly due to the sodium I will be encountering.
S – Usual coffee
B – Poached egg on ½ sandwich thin w/ff sharp over arugula w/evoo and lemon
L – Grilled veggie sandwich, side salad w/ov
D – Pizza and antipasto Christmas dinner w/DS and a few others
E – 12 days of Christmas

Sounds good, Susi...enjoy the Christmas dinner party B WW'er vanilla smoothie skim milk 2 tsp evoo cocoa powder and peppermint extract L butternut squash soup joseph's pita bread with red pepper hummus S apple with pb2 and a cheese stick D meatloaf small baked potato French cut green beans S glass of chianti I'm feeding my blood LOL

D: Having dinner out with DGD and DD somewhere in Hollywood as we have tickets to see Rogue One at El Capitan Theatre
