B: Plain instant oatmeal topped with a couple crushed walnuts, sprinkling cinnamon, a splash of milk, and spoonfull of Truvia brown sugar blend, coffee with milk, 1/2 cup Tropicana 50 OJ
L: Crab cake with lemon juice, green salad with lemon oil drizzle, slice multi grain Wasa bread, unsweetened iced tea with mint
D: Tacos with lean taco seasoning spiced ground beef, lots of lettuce, chopped tomato, chopped onion, 1/4 no oil added guacamole, salsa
Snacks: Yoplait Light pumpkin-flavored yogurt (sucked!), handful of homemade crackers

B:egg/eggbeater wrap with laughing cow,coffee(I tried to find the pumpkin praline skinny syrup on Amazon and when I tried to order it came up to a different brand not Jordan's,phooey) L:Smart Ones crustless chicken pot pie(due to my grocery store's produce refrigeration was out,therefore no lettuce for salad),blackberries,Light & Fit Greek yogurt D:last of the pork chops,1/2 baked potato with light Country Crock,blackberries with plain Greek yogurt S:Enlightened fudge bar,Fiber One bran cereal with unsweetened almond milk & a few blueberries,sf dark chocolate pudding E:recumbent bike
