How Many Minutes
* Choose how many MINUTES (NOT miles or number of workouts or APs - just MINUTES) you want to be active this month. Choose the number that is right for YOU! * YOU CAN JOIN ANYTIME DURING THE MONTH. * Activity is whatever you choose. It can be anything from gardening or doing some stretches to walking, running, yoga, cycling, swimming, zumba, or spinning, or anything in between. YOU decide what constitutes being active for you! * Check in and tell us how you're progressing toward your monthly goal. * You can check in as often as you'd like. The thread will be posted daily. *Everyone welcome. You can start anytime you want to. *If you only want to track your daily minutes and post here that is fine, too. You don't have to keep track for the month.

Not much to mention...several trips up and down the stairs to reset the internet line...now that it works again. Best was NOT exercise and sitting on the porch swing with the cat reading...

Meow!! Good to see ya back. Monday did my West Hills bike ride for 90' and walked 75' early. Nice weather and clean skies. Tuesday rode 45' to yoga and did 60' yoga class. MOWED LAWN 30' late p.m.
