Wednesday: S - Usual coffee B - It's WI day, I took a frittata with arugula (evoo and lemon) and 1/2 lite em Edit L - 2 poached eggs on a bed of spinach, 2 sl. dry rye toast D - BLT w/cheese on 647 wheat w/canola mayo, watermelon
