B: Danon Light & Fit yogurt, coffee with skim plus, 1/2 cup Tropicana 50 OJ. Wasn't that hungry then.
L: Spring greens with shrimp, half orange, veggies, and feta with fat free homemade honey mustard dressing, Wasa crispbread slice.
D: Whole wheat spaghetti with half chicken Italian sausage link, sundried tomatoes, fresh basil, pine nuts, a little olive oil, Parmesan cheese, veggie medley.
Snacks: Peach, espresso, slice 647 bread with sf preserves and 2 tsp lowered fat chunky PB. I'll likely have a taste of a Malakov my husband and I made for his workmate's birthday. Luckily only one small serving will be available for me.

Friday: S - Usual coffee B - 4 types of tomatoes sandwich on 647 wheat with purple and green basil and canola mayo L - LO oxtail stew with added spinach and caramelized onions on a 3 pt. Italian roll D - Lobsters w/butter/lemon/hot sauce for dipping, salad w/ov, light garlic toast. If the corn looks good, will add that. E - Triple threat

b-1 egg omelet w/ cheese, 3 slices bacon, 1% milk l- egg salad sand on sara lee bread, tomato w/ mayo, sugar free pudding, water d- dinner out at local place- lasagna, 2 small slices garlic bread, salad w/ honey mustard on side, unsweet tea sn- orange exercise- walked all day at work- short walk pm- 8137 steps today was weigh in- hit 20lb mark
