How Many Minutes
* Choose how many MINUTES (NOT miles or number of workouts or APs - just MINUTES) you want to be active this month. Choose the number that is right for YOU! * YOU CAN JOIN ANYTIME DURING THE MONTH. * Activity is whatever you choose. It can be anything from gardening or doing some stretches to walking, running, yoga, cycling, swimming, zumba, or spinning, or anything in between. YOU decide what constitutes being active for you! * Check in and tell us how you're progressing toward your monthly goal. * You can check in as often as you'd like. The thread will be posted daily. *Everyone welcome. You can start anytime you want to. *If you only want to track your daily minutes and post here that is fine, too. You don't have to keep track for the month.

Timer is set for 20 minutes. Already have two minutes on air walker logged for today. There will be more before noon as it is only 9:30 and time on the computer will be spent. Also have a date with hubby to clean the living and family room floors and put furniture back in place after cleaning windows the other day. Will let you know tomorrow how many minutes today.

Wow! Walkin' on air! What a special Lady! Been sorta busy. Rode West Hills for 95' on Wed. Walked 75'. Thur rode 40" to yoga. Friday walked 75' and Rode West Hills again for another 95'. Sat Rode a third time up the West Hills for another 95' and walked 75'. Sunday rode to WW meeting for 60'. WHEW!!
