Breakfast:
Oatmeal cooked in water with a chopped peach
nonfat milk, instant coffee, splenda, ice cubes
Lunch:
leftover potato/lentil/chard soup with lemon juice and garlic nonfat milk, splenda, decaf instant coffee, ice cubes cucumber
Dinner: whole wheat spiral pasta with chard onions corn tomato tsp olive oil
It was a simply filling day so may have some yogurt and fruit later...or not.

b- grits, 2 slices bacon, 1% milk l- 1/2 sand of bologna and sand cheese, home grown tomato w/ mayo, water d- dinner out- pot roast, mashed pot, green beans, yeast roll, unsweet tea
exercise- walked am- got back too late to walk pm-4864 steps
