DebDoesWW , borntexan , I followed CLASSIC points last week, and lost 5 pounds! 184->179 (classic points are figured on calories, fat & fiber and include 35 weekly points called FLEX points)

DebDoesWW Classic is the plan before PP where you count points for all fruits and a few vegetables. It is also recommended you use your weeklies.

borntexan, cozyhomelife, zazzles, Congrats to all of you! I need to get my head back in the game & quit this maintaining nonsense (although that's better than gaining so I shouldn't complain too much).

DebDoesWW, It is the classic points that used only calories, fat & fiber and had 35 flex points. The program was originally called TurnAround and you could do the flex plan, which had daily points and the flex came in with the 35weekly points, that were flexable, because you could eat them all at once, or divide them between the days. Or you could do the core plan. I did flex. Some people skipped the weekly flex points, but I ate everything, plus any acitivity points, so my metabolism wouldn't drop, and I lost well. That brought about 'new books'for a change called Momentum, which I don't think it actually changed the food, just trying to get people more active...and sell more books.... !!!

Baby steps and mindful eating kept me on track after last week’s 3.2 gain. This morning I was down 3.4. Following freestyle and still looking for a new decade.

Except for a few years with absolutely no change—like the year during PointsPlus where absolutely nothign changed and memberships tanked—WW has introduced a new program name. During the POINTS era, I remember Flex, Turaround, Momentum and I'm sure there were more. There were several under PointsPlus. And now the count under Freestyle is up to two so far.
