Hi, Lori - good to see you. I hope work is better today.
This morning my gym time was the walk there and back, 30 minutes TM, 30 minutes swimming laps and then I joined the Aqua class. It was so much fun! I will go back next week. Swimming makes me so hungry. My weight is exactly the same as last week, One pound under goal but I want to lose one more pound then change my goal and work at staying there.

Debbie - my weight has been going up slowly for the last 3 years. It's gone up 6 pounds in that time. I stay on program for months at a time and still slowly gain. I was kind of confused as to why this was happening. Today I looked at my journel and calculated calories. On the days I used 26SP's (21 FS) I consumes approximately 1600 calories. On the days I consumed 30SP (23FS) consumed 1800 calories. Both are too much for me to lose weight or even maintain. I think it is because I eliminated both sugar and fat ftom my diet so everything I eat is low in points.

Hi, Vikcki - Myfitnesspal gives me 1220 for a calorie goal. I really like having limits on fat, sugar and carbohydrates instead of just overall points. I know age has a lot to do with, at my age if I eat anything besides salad I will gain. That is why I upped my goal weight by 5 pounds. I just can't maintain the lower number any longer. In kilograms I only weigh 58.5 which sounds so much better than 129.0. I am going to continue working on getting one more pound off then I will set my goal at 128. I really do not like how I feel at 132. I am heading out for a haircut. Debbie

Debbie I am almost 5'3". Today I weighed 128.6 my goal is 125. I am going to try 25 SP (18 FS). That would give me about 1400 calories the way I eat. I may have to bring it down to 1200 calories.
