Winter is here!! We have 43 days till Spring March 20, 2017. This is time enough to start to develop new goals and approaches for goals with exercise and healthy eating. Whether gym at home or outside we can exercise and see the benefits by Spring. Tracking our healthy eating helps us lose weight.
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycling, spinning, swimming, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you Can set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday thru Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins (WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here!
This challenge runs from January 1 to March 20.

Good morning.
As you can see, I have been playing with my food/alcohol again! We are going to Sam's for the Superbowl. He doesnt drink so that will help me! I am going to look for some low cal snack ideas to make

i DID 2 MILES TREADMILL and 2 miles WATP so41 points lots of points to burn up 1922 calories I like mixing the two The WATP is high the treadmill is low intensity
