We had a thread on the old board for this, so I thought I'd restart it for our new board.
Please share any foods you have found that our members might like, or review foods you've tried

Thanks for starting this thread. I was just wondering if there was a food finds one.
I'm eating a minneola orange right now and it's so good. I happened to see them on sale at the grocery store and it's a nice change from clementines and navel oranges. Very sweet and juicy (but not too juicy, I can eat it at my desk without making a mess!).
ETA: those pancakes sound really good!

Thanks for the recommendation

I have recently discovered kombucha - it's a fermented tea drink which is delicious and a great substitute for soda. It's generally around 40cal for a cup or so, so not bad at all.
It's supposed to be good for gut health.

I tried a new Campbell's soup Monday and it was REALLY good for a canned soup:
Campbell's Well Yes! Roasted Chicken with Wild Rice Soup (it had pieces of Sweet Potato too!). The entire can was just 6 points:
Per Serving (which is 1/2 can):
Calories: 220 Fat: 2g Sat Fat: 0g Carbs: 32g Fiber: 4g Sugars: 4g Protein: 16g
Good for a quick grab lunch. I have another one in my pantry to try - a Lentil version.

I've found no sugar added Del Monte diced mango at Target and I enjoy it in our oatmeal as well as as a fruit for meals or snacks.

This might not be a new food, but it was new to me:
- Wheat Thins Popped - Sea Salt
Serving size is 25 chips:
Calories - 130 Total Fat - 3g Saturdated Fat - 0g Total Carbohydrate - 23g Dietary Fiber - 2g Sugars - 2g Protein - 2g
I ran this through a WW calculator and it comes out to:
Smart Points - 4 points per serving Points Plus - 3 points per serving Classic Points - 2 points per serving.
Since I'm on the Classic Points plan I had a snack with just 6 crackers (.5 point), some FF cream cheese (.5) and salsa - all for 1 point. I thought that was a prerty good snack for a 1 point.

Heat up some sugar free applesauce with some cinnamon and a dash of vanilla and use on your waffles, pancakes and French toast

Do you buy yours in a store or make it yourself?I have IBS and I heard it can be good for all kinds of digestive issues? If you buy it where did you find it?TIA.

@beckyw2016 - I buy mine at grocery stores (you can get a 6 pack of ginger flavoured at Costco here) or at my local health store (they have the most variety). I have toyed with making my own but I've not done it yet. I should though, it's an expensive habit!

I love the taco soup recipe I found in 2012 on the old forum...mind you my hubby and I eat it about once a week in the winter, so my question is...when I input the recipe to calculate points (I use ground beef, hubby won't eat ground turkey), I never know how many people it serves. Do you guys literally count out cups once it's cooked? I see most recipes list 10 servings, is this 10 cups of soup?
Thanks!
