How Many Minutes
* Choose how many MINUTES (NOT miles or number of workouts or APs - just MINUTES) you want to be active this month. Choose the number that is right for YOU! * YOU CAN JOIN ANYTIME DURING THE MONTH. * Activity is whatever you choose. It can be anything from gardening or doing some stretches to walking, running, yoga, cycling, swimming, zumba, or spinning, or anything in between. YOU decide what constitutes being active for you! * Check in and tell us how you're progressing toward your monthly goal. * You can check in as often as you'd like. The thread will be posted daily. *Everyone welcome. You can start anytime you want to. *If you only want to track your daily minutes and post here that is fine, too. You don't have to keep track for the month

Nothing...did drive to run errands but no scheduled or unscheduled exercise. Today heading to the north to spend the day with friends.
Sent the info about the wood cleaner to my husband...not sure if he can find the bicarbonate...think there is cooking type not sure about the other.He was once a chemistry major but not so much any more

Yesterday rode bike to yoga and fixed my computer stuff. Updated my browser and WHEW can get the real WW site and my connections to my bicycle garmin tracker. Plots maps of everywhere I go and tracks speed,temperature,heart rate (if I want)time and much more. It was working but couldn't see it on my computer until I upgraded firefox. Anyhoo rode 435' to yoga and did 60' yoga class. Off to Claremont pretty soon for our museum's what I call "dino-dinner". Not T-rex really but wouldn't T-rex be simply filling??
