Winter is here!! We have 43 days till Spring March 20, 2017. This is time enough to start to develop new goals and approaches for goals with exercise and healthy eating. Whether gym at home or outside we can exercise and see the benefits by Spring. Tracking our healthy eating helps us lose weight.
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycling, spinning, swimming, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you Can set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday thru Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins (WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here!
This challenge runs from January 1 to March 20.

I walk up early and did a segment on treadmill. Have much more exercise to do today. my apartment is a mess. claire comes to organize but I caLED THE aGENCYTHAT CLEANS FOR THEM TO CLEAN TODAY. i am sending the bose that never got channels back today. They said once it is received they will reimburse me. I printed the shipping label. I puttee priority mail PACKAGE DOWNSTAIRS FOR THE MAILERSON. TODAY. i have an amazon echo that pays WCPT my progressive station in chicago. We lost ours in Madison. The bose even with a fm antenna did not play it.

Sounds like you have a busy day!
We bought new blinds for our bedroom windows last week. Maybe this week we can put them up lol. They were a steal at JC Penny online. They are the wood look ones. I sure hope our cats leave these ones alone. They just devastate those cheap plastic mini blinds.

Debbie good for you on double spinning classes the other day.
I had a fun day yesterday. Things got changed around a bit on my planned eating, but I went with it and made adjustments. Of course there was wine but all in all it was a fun day.

Good morning! Thanks for starting us today Amy, and Mo, thanks for starting us yesterday!
Brenda, glad you had a fun day yesterday, yea!!
I made it to the gym yesterday for spinning and arm weight machines. Then this morning, actually made it to gym for spinning again! This afternoon I'm getting my income taxes prepared (fingers crossed for a refund) and couldn't be sure I'd be done in time for evening spinning class so glad I got there this morning.
My son Tim, has lost over 80-90 pounds and at 6 feet, he weighs in the low 180s now. So jeesh! I really have to get back to my normal weight -I can't weigh more than my 6 foot tall son!!
I promised him at least a decade ago that I would take him shopping for a whole new wardrobe if he got his weight under 200, and he's finally listened to me and gotten healthy! He's been at his current weight for over a year now and is finally going to buy replacement clothes. About time too! He's been wearing those way, way over-sized clothes (only buying a new belt) all this time -which actually makes him look heavier than he was before!

I changed what I was eating to eat hot meals. tuna sandwich and 5 lean cuisines and frozen fruit. 1515 calories. 6 courses. I am going to shop each week. Bob one week Russ the next. Roget 35 lean cuisine I don't have room for 70 and there will not be enough lean cuisine on the shelf wmf I shop every other week.
