Posting early for Thursday,
Dreams are so much more powerful than doubts!
Fall is finally here!! Cooler air, feeling of well being, more exercise doing things that we enjoy!!
1. What are some of your favorite fall activities?
2. Do you find that you are just more active in cooler weather? Even if it's just walking around a flea market, or strolling through a farmers market. Maybe even just walking down Main St and doing a little window shopping?
3. What things do you have planned during the next few weeks? Ball games? Get togethers? Now better time to fire up the grill than in the cooler days of fall.
I pray that no one that you love is in the path of this terrible storm. Maybe there will be no loss of life. Everyone please stay safe.

Dreams vs doubts...something to think about for sure!
1. What are some of your favorite fall activities? Exercise becomes more fun...not so hot...though exercise is not my go-to activity Perhaps harvest of some of the crops? 2. Do you find that you are just more active in cooler weather? Even if it's just walking around a flea market, or strolling through a farmers market. Maybe even just walking down Main St and doing a little window shopping? Not necessarily more or less active UNLESS my brain is in gear and I make it a priority.
3. What things do you have planned during the next few weeks? Ball games? Get togethers? Now better time to fire up the grill than in the cooler days of fall.
Son arrives on the 18th and leaves on the 26th. No idea what he will want to do but he said "help us" so...whatever that means Weekly get togethers with friends.

1. I just feel all round better in the cooler weather. I think food even tastes better in the fall.
2. I love walking around flea mkts. etc.
3. We are going to the mountains in a couple of weeks, also have a trip planned to Panama City the first of Nov. Needless to say, that trip may be canceled.

1. I do enjoy the fall gardening work and getting things put away for winter. I like being outside on crisp fall days, not too hot nor too cold. We didn't have a lot of those this year.
2. Not necessarily. It depends on how cool the cooler weather is. When it gets down into the 40s like it has a lot this fall, I tend to hunker down and stay inside more.
3. I don't really have anything fun planned, but when my son gets back from vacation we'll have to finish up some fall things before winter. Like get my compost turned before everything freezes, get garden hoses put away. They have been drained and coiled up but not put in their places for winter. Also get the soil and dead plants dumped out of some of my pots and put the pots away.

1. What are some of your favorite fall activities? Until it starts to rain here (supposed to be in the 70s for at least the next week) I love to go hiking and working out getting the garden ready for the winter. Yesterday I ordered free leaves from our city when they start picking them up (early November). I will put them out in the garden as cover. Cherry, thanks for the reminder to get the hoses put away.
2. Do you find that you are just more active in cooler weather? My only complaint about this time of year is that it gets dark so early. We move our Wednesday evening walk into the mall. When we walked last evening, it was dark before we got back to our cars. Classes still 2 times a week at the gym.
3. What things do you have planned during the next few weeks? I have a few outdoor projects that I still want to get done. Firing up the BBQ sounds like a good plan. Also getting the crockpot back out. As I am typing this, I also think, hmmm, it would be nice to clean out the garage also.

I love walking in the fall. We’ve gotten a head start on walking this week. We’ve really enjoyed it. We love walking around Old Towne even without the farmers market.
New theater season we are looking forward to.
Thanks for hosting this week Beverly.

1. What are some of your favorite fall activities? There's yard work to do, which I enjoy doing - I cleaned out some gardens last weekend, we need to put wire fence around some shrubs so the rabbits don't gnaw on the bark. I even like to rake leaves. Unfortunately, it's been pretty rainy here, so we have not had the nice, crisp, dry fall days.
2. Do you find that you are just more active in cooler weather? Even if it's just walking around a flea market, or strolling through a farmers market. Maybe even just walking down Main St and doing a little window shopping?
Weather doesn't seem to make a big difference. It is nicer to just be able to be outside and not be bothered by mosquitoes and so on.
3. What things do you have planned during the next few weeks? Ball games? Get togethers? Now better time to fire up the grill than in the cooler days of fall.
Hmm, we really don't have anything planned! I might have to come up with some ideas.
