We will leave for the beach house tomorrow after I get my first dog training lesson from my DSon. Bobbie was here today so Jim is sparkling and she even changed the bed sheets so we have a sparkling bed also.
Nancy: Your steps are the thing that keeps you in shape....and of course the dancing too. I'm so proud of you!
Sandy: I've tho't about cancelling my membership too in WW because I can't even get to meetings right now but you are right that if we stop paying now we will pay more if we re-join. I have been a member since the mid 80's. I was on goal when I arrived in CA. I re-joined in 2006 I think and that's near the time I met Harriet online. I re-reached my goal in 2008...but now I have probs even getting steps in. I have almost 5,000 now but I used to get closer to 20,000. I can't leave Jim too long even to walk the dog. Did you ever get to Costco? I know, I'm bugging you.....LOL. Yes, my big puppy is too big to be a lap dog now but she still thinks she is one.
Harriet: I have started looking thru my cookbooks like I used to do when Tracee and I cooked together. I'll show her the ones I picked and let her choose, then I'll get the makings and away we go......It's good for me and for her and we have a lot of fun doing it together. My DF was adopted so it would be hard to follow any genealogy stuff. My DGM (83 yrs.) died of colon cancer but no one else has had any problems with that....My DF died of emphysema (72yr) but had it for almost 30 yrs. My DGF was a seaman....but died very young at sea....some type of accident. So, I really don't care about genealogy either.
Let's get into our circle of wagons now and sing by the fire. "WE CAN DO THIS, YES WE CAN....WE CAN LOSE NEW POUNDS...MY THIN FRIENDS!"
