Yesterday I got in all my ghgs. I had to focus on limiting my sugars and actually just go to bed. I had the points for 1 cookie but I didnβt need 2. I also walked around the house to get more steps. My day ended with a blue dot. Thatβs what I needed do to finish my day blue which is my goal.

What did you do yesterday as you focus on your goal for this round? ** Very little. I made a trip into town with the usual walking in stores.
What do you plan to do today? ** Set a timer for each hour and get up and do some exercise for about 10 minutes.

I didn't do much to help myself yesterday, either. I did eat reasonably .
Today is quite busy, so I may get a little exercise in, even if I don't try.

Hi Ladies. When I signed in to answer today's thread, I saw I still had yesterday's thread up and had never posted my answer.
I had fruit/veggie with every meal and DIDN"T eat that chocolate chip cookie that was calling my name. I was full from dinner but I had a cookie that I had taken with me to where I am housesitting. I debated whether or not to eat it, but wasn't hungry and decided to leave it for another night.
I had grilled veggies for lunch with a small (1/2 cup) serving of tortolini. It makes me wonder why I don't keep grilled veggies at the ready all the time as they were delish. Snap peas, red onions, green beans and mushrooms and corn. I think I will have to start making a sheet pan of these every Sunday to eat during the week. I also bought a zero calorie flavored water that I hadn't tried before. Will let you know what I think.
From yesterday- something that made me smile was my coworker told me she was going to take Monday off. I love it when she is out of the office as she talks out loud all day long. I honestly don't think she can not talk out loud. Looking forward to a peaceful Monday.

I had Thursday and today off work (a state wide teachers conference, so support staff doesn't work)...so technically, I didn't need to worry about being hungry after work (and until now, I really didn't think about the fact my goal isn't really applicable on the weekends either!)
So, I'll just answer this way. Since I wasn't working, it was easier (much easier) to eat at what would be considered more normal intervals and times. It did make me realize that even weekends tend to be busy. These extra two days off have been great.
