How Many Minutes
* Choose how many MINUTES (NOT miles or number of workouts or APs - just MINUTES) you want to be active this month. Choose the number that is right for YOU! * YOU CAN JOIN ANYTIME DURING THE MONTH. * Activity is whatever you choose. It can be anything from gardening or doing some stretches to walking, running, yoga, cycling, swimming, zumba, or spinning, or anything in between. YOU decide what constitutes being active for you! * Check in and tell us how you're progressing toward your monthly goal. * You can check in as often as you'd like. The thread will be posted daily. *Everyone welcome. You can start anytime you want to. *If you only want to track your daily minutes and post here that is fine, too. You don't have to keep track for the month

load of son's laundry is about all I did except some driving. With ALL that was done the Wednesday and Thursday I don't see much more to be done any time soon...unless son has some ideas? He went out jogging for over an hour this morning...I did not go along with him

Cold rain promised by Tue/Wed sooooo walk 75' early and did my 90' skyline bike ride. Got home and DW wanted a ride too soooo another 45'.
