How Many Minutes
* Choose how many MINUTES (NOT miles or number of workouts or APs - just MINUTES) you want to be active this month. Choose the number that is right for YOU! * YOU CAN JOIN ANYTIME DURING THE MONTH. * Activity is whatever you choose. It can be anything from gardening or doing some stretches to walking, running, yoga, cycling, swimming, zumba, or spinning, or anything in between. YOU decide what constitutes being active for you! * Check in and tell us how you're progressing toward your monthly goal. * You can check in as often as you'd like. The thread will be posted daily. *Everyone welcome. You can start anytime you want to. *If you only want to track your daily minutes and post here that is fine, too. You don't have to keep track for the month

It is great having my son here for the week. I have a feeling he will get bored doing not so very much while here BUT it is nice to have him visit. He has carried some things, eaten some foods he wanted to eat, talked to us and done some work. He has found a gym to work out in and done some runs (13k, 6k and he will run two more times and workout in the gym two more times). Now, if I could only be half as active as he is!
