affirmation - I am an awesome writer! health goal - stick to my plan to build mental strength fitness goal - cardio gratitude - positive thinking!
Working diligently on my linked in profile. This is quite a challenge but I'm moving my writing game in the right direction I think.

Good Morning, Angels: No snow here. The area that got many feet of snow is about 90 minutes NE of us, to the East of Lake Ontario. They get hit every year like this. Here, in fact, there is almost no snowcover at all. Just a few patches left. I am sure the plants are confused. I keep waiting to see bulbs peeking out.
Lisa: Continuing to send good spirits your family's way. You mentioned putting a PB link on your phone. All I could think of is Peanut Butter. LOL. Are you looking to link to these boards? Just bookmark the web address on your phone's browser (Safari?) Would love to have attended your pruning seminar. I like pruning. But I'm very particular. (Shocker, I know.) I used to refer to myself as the "Lorena Bobbit" of pruning because I was doing some pruning on some seriously-neglected shrubs that needed to be cut way back to encourage new growth (forsythia, lilac, et al). Get that pruning tool in my hand and I just went wild whacking away. I'm sure thats how others saw it, but my cuts were very intentional.
I've never heard of BFL. Now, I'll have to read up on that and see what y'all might be doing!
True, we haven't heard from Anetta for awhile. I should check the meditation app and see if she's been meditating or posting. (I'm not sure if I can tell.)
Daily Affirmation: Yes, I can. Fitness report: no report. I've managed to do my PT exercises daily but not much beyond that. Health Goal: Get back on track with strength training and conditioning. Spring is only 40 days away. Gratitude: my healthy eyes. Hadn't been to the eye doctor in a while and had my visit yesterday. Everything is in good health. (After SIL's visit , I realized I have to start thinking about things like macular degeneration.)

Suzanne, good for you! one of my slides was 'Prune with Purpose!', haha!
BFL is old but it changed my life once and I know it will again! The two most important things I need to is resistance training and eating clean and it fits the bill.
