Good morning. Thanks for starting us diva49,. Enjoy your coffee, I will also! I got lots of food prepared yesterday for our Thanksgiving dinner, which we're having later today. I've already made the dressing, mashed potatoes, salad dressing for spinach salad, fresh cranberry relish and fresh fruit/pudding/cool whip "salad". I'm baking a pie this morning and then all I have left is to bake the turkey this afternoon. DD will be bringing other sides so I know we'll have more than enough food. It seems a little strange having Thanksgiving dinner so early but it's also exciting to get the big meal done. We're all leaving together on Tuesday for a few days at our ranch. It will be a relaxing time with family. It's slowly warming up here and I think we'll have nice weather over the next week. We're walking at the mall this morning and then I'll be cooking for most of the day. Enjoy the day!

Good morning. I'm in. Sunny yay! I took in a local concert last night - An excellent cover of Fleetwood Mac's Rumors album. The venue seats 300 so it's a much more intimate experience. It's also a great way to see old favorites that can no longer fill a stadium. I go about four times a year and enjoy a wide variety of music. Chores and groceries on tap today. Tonight, chicken quesadillas and a movie. linda72 , Happy Thanksgiving! Your meal sounds delicious. Hope you and the family have the best celebration today. diva49 , Thanks for the start-up and Happy Birthday to #1 son! Thinking of all those affected by the fire devastation in CA. zazzles, So sorry for what you're dealing with.....scary.
Have a good day all

Good afternoon ! Today is just a work day, stopped in at the library and got a couple of books.... Walked to work twice today since Saturday is a no gym day . So, with that said, I am officially IN ! Kids are coming over for lunch tomorrow, DS asked for Pasta al Forno which is a baked pasta with sumo and sausage, hard boiled eggs and mozzarella. A taste for me , and I will make something else that I can eat. It really all is in the planning isn't it? Yes, at least for today diva49, isn't it amazing how fast our kids grow? Like in a blink! linda72, the family relax time sounds divine! You are doing thanksgiving early, we are doing it late, on December 2. I guess it really doesn't matter, as long as family and friends are together. doordie50, that concert sounds like my style. As I have gotten older I really hate crowds. Glad you enjoyed. DebDoesWW, good morning! Hope you have a great day.

borntexan,---sorry about your back. Take it easy and feel better soon! reneinitaly---what is "sumo"? I am imagining a large Asian wrestler but have a hard time thinking how you would incorporate that into your dish. diva49---Happy Birthday to your son! Yep, time sure flies. My youngest is older than your oldest! Good morning. Sloppy mess outside, temps above freezing, and the snow and ice will hopefully disappear by the time the temps drop in the middle of the week. I roasted a pile of turkey parts yesterday for stock to make gravy and now they are simmering on the stove. I have been nominated to make gravy, rutabagas, pumpkin cheesecake, and mini chocolate cream pies for Thanksgiving at my DD's house. Smells like Thanksgiving right now! No requests for Pumpkin Fluff, lol. Wishing all a great day!

Thanks fullmahina. We just finished at our second grocery store and both were like zoos and my back is screaming at me. No pumpkin fluff here but will be taking something similar to pink fluff for Thanksgiving luncheon at church tomorrow.

I'm in. We went to my mother's for an early birthday dinner. My bd is actually next weekend but we'll have Thanksgiving leftovers then. Needless to say, I'm stuffed & don't think I'll need anything else to eat today. linda72, Happy Thanksgiving. Your dinner sounds tasty. Enjoy your time at the ranch. borntexan, Hope your back feels better soon!

Oh...guess I never got her this morning. I'm in.
I could NOT stand another boring day stuck inside the house, so I decided to go work at the monthly book sale. That was a good thing because they really were short handed. We had a constant small crowd, but considering the air quality issues we were surprised we had any customers at all. Income was decent for November and the smoke problems. This was our last sale of the year. We will start again in late January.
I'm in for the night. And not sure whether I'll go to the WW meeting tomorrow; guess I'll wait until the morning to see what the topic is for discusson.
