Alrighty, up 0.4 this morning. Woohoo.
My main goal from here on in until January 3rd is to not pack on 10-15 pounds. Already up over two pounds from before Halloween. I can blame this week's gain on it being a double birthday celebration week and stress from DH's latest health issues, I guess, if I am looking to blame something other than my poor choices. Too much of the wrong things, huge lack of focus. Half-hearted tracking combined with no tracking.
This week will be a challenge for all of us, of course. Luckily Thanksgiving will be at my DD's this year and although there will be plenty of temptations I will NOT be taking anything home with me. The pies and cheesecake and stuffing etc etc etc can stay at her house. For the past three years Thanksgiving has been at our house and although I gave a lot of the leftovers away there was always at least a few days worth of pigout goodies in the fridge after it was all over.
KOKO, however lamely.

fullmahina, Thanks for starting the thread. So weird that neither DebDoesWW nor I saw it. Anyway, good job maintaining. I'm also not hosting, and I'm so glad I won't have all that food and especially that I won't have desserts in my house. Deb, thanks for consolidating the threads.

Except for the 1st check-in of the month at WW I weigh at home.
Last week I was up a bit, but this week I'm back to where I was the `st of the month. Still a bit higher than the beginning of October, but nothing horrific.

I weighed in at home and am up 2 pounds since September. Have trouble getting on track! However this week I re started anew and will try to be more mindful. Definitely not going to let this derail me again.
