I just saw the weather guessers talking about a wild blizzard coming tonight and tomorrow in the Northeast. I know many of us in the south have mentioned the warm temps we're having but many of you are still having winter.
Be careful, my friends.

We're supposed to have a blizzard here in Boston tomorrow with 8-12 inches of snow. I'm assuming we'll get a snow day but my work is alwAys late to announce them.
Meanwhile, we had ice this morning with tons of accidents, then the sun came out and it was about 50.
I'm jealous of those 80 degrees temps.
Waiting for spring here...

We are expecting 15-25 cm (about 6-10 inches) here, starting tomorrow afternoon. Our office virtually never closes, although I am lucky in that I can work from home, unless I have a specific reason to need to be in the office. On Friday, I have a lunch date with an old friend, so I'll likely go in for that reason alone! Otherwise, I'd just work from home.

We're in the 4-8 range at the moment (just south of Philadelphia in South Jersey). It could change with a difference in temperature or if it veers. But I'm prepared to hunker down tomorrow. After it ends we are supposed to retain freezing temps, single digit wind chills and high winds. After 65 degrees and short sleeves today it'll be a shock.
Just filled the bird feeders so our feathered friends will visit us! And we went out to dinner tonight as we won't be going anywhere until the roads are cleared !
Go away winter... we're ready for spring!!

In the 3-8 inch range here. Sigh. The snow was almost gone. My doctors office called this afternoon to say the PA I see probably won't be in tomorrow as she lives up in the mountains so I'm sure my appt will be cancelled & I'll just lay low for,the day.π¨βοΈπ·π·π·π·π·π·π·π·π·π·π·π·π·π·

In NYC the amounts forecast vary considerable. Probably 4-10 inches. We had a record HIGH temp today. I think the temps almost hit 62. So the news story in more the drop in temps from 62 to nighttime temps in the upper teens. Daytime temp tomorrow is around 31.
Our winter has been very mild with hardly any snow.
I am a person who loves the winter. Summer is my least favorite season. In fact, I hate it. I am not a sun person. It gives me a headache. I dislike having to wear a hat or sun block and sweating in the heat & humidity.

I don't love winter, but I do like playing in the snow with my family. We haven't been able to do much of that the past couple of years. I told the kids that if tomorrow is a snow day, we'll play outside.

Joining @alias 123, ice is scary and I can certainly get tired of being cold and bundling up, but I detest the heat (one of the reasons I pushed for the TX trip to be early.) zazzles or *very good*, depending on how you want to look at it! I still adore ice cream π 100gone You are so right about yesterday....when I got to MGH, the ER was over-flowing from people that had fallen on the ice yesterday. Mr Weather pulled a *fast one*.

Can't stand winter. For me, the hotter, the better. π
Yesterday's weather in NYC felt like a dirty trick. Nice walking weather around lunch time. Then around 9pm the chill hit. And now it's snowing. Blech. π
Still, be careful out there if you get it.π
