b-one egg omelet w/ onion and cheese, 2 slices bacon, 1% milk l- egg salad sandwich, goldfish, sugar free pudding, water d- chunky soup, grilled cheese sand, water
sn- banana, canned peaches
exercise- walked during school, walked dog pm- 7812 steps
