Good morning S Usual coffee B Chili relleno, salsa verde, ff Greek yogurt, 2 oz avocado L Cleaning out fridge. Cauliflower salad and who knows what else, jalapeno soup with a big dollop of ff Greek yogurt D Grilled tuna with tarragon sauce, asparagus E 30 min spin/25 min weights
