Good morning!
Ingredients for pumpkin cheesecake are all lined up on the counter, cream cheese warming to room temp. Cheesecake and mini chocolate pies and I am done!
Big cold snap headed our way for the next few days and then back to the forties again. Cloudy and gloomy today, good day for cooking.
Wishing all a nice day!

Good morning. I'm in. Woohoo...celebration time! fullmahina, I take it that you're not making the Greek Yogurt 5-SmartPoint 768 calorie-per-recipe cheesecake! To everyone who is travelling, I wish you a safe journey and a wonderful time. To everyone who is cooking, I wish you nothing but successful, delicious results. To everyone who is eating...well...Friday is another day! I am invited to a WW friend's house for dinner so it will be a somewhat controlled splurge. I will be bringing the homemade Garlic Bread Parker House Rolls which I already know are 8 points apiece; dessert will be Pumpkin souffle which I still have to calculate the nutrition and points for. Those will be the high-end calorie/points food itemsβand wine, of course. We did get some rain overnight and the air out there looks cleaner. Gray rain clouds seem to have replaced gray smoke in the sky. Yay. Today I'm just chilling at home. I will do KP and organization in the kitchen so I'm ready to attack the yeast dough tomorrow morning. Everybody have a great day and KOKO.

Thank you all. I have remained below goals since February 2016 and plan to stay there. Previous time on WW, I made 5 years before going off track. Need to beat that record.
Save travels to all who are going and to family members coming to you.

fullmahina, I take it that you're not making the Greek Yogurt 5-SmartPoint 768 calorie-per-recipe cheesecake Uh...no. Gingersnap crust, 2 lbs of full fat cream cheese, sour cream topping. I do this once a year. Wuh-Wuh be damned, lol. Enjoy your holiday---those rolls sound fantastic!!!

Wishing all a happy thanksgiving eve! Trying to get enough energy to make the cranberry bread I'm supposed to take to cousin's house tomorrow . Won't be eating much as the teeth (actually no teeth, just 2 holes!) are still healing--maybe some mashed potatoes, soft stuffing and cranberry sauce? And Thanksgiving is my favorite meal!! There's always next year!

Made brandied cranberries this am, set the table and went golfing. Perfect day, sunny and 68 but rain is in the forecast tomorrow which is fine, we go bowling on Thanksgiving.
Thankful for each and every one of you my friends!

Enjoy your holiday---those rolls sound fantastic!!! The rolls are...I did a trial run week before last. I just calculated the points for the Pumpkin Mousse...19 points a serving. (Well, these ARE Sur La Table Cooking School recipes.) I'm glad there will be zero-point Turkey! Your cheesecake sounds wonderful. I've been resisting making mine for several years. One of these days! Won't be eating much as the teeth (actually no teeth, just 2 holes!) are still healing--maybe some mashed potatoes, soft stuffing and cranberry sauce? Ouch. My Parker House rolls are soft...stop by for a few. Then head over to fullmahina 's house...that cheesecake won't require chewing and should slide down easily. Seriously: I hope you're able to eat more than you are thinking you'll be able to.
