B:eggs on Ole spinach tortilla with Country crock light,coffee L:Buffet of turkey,1 scoop each of mashed potatoes,sweet potato casserole,cooked carrots,cranberry sauce,1 small bite of pecan pie(it wasn't worth a second bite at least to me).I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn't more points than it was.It was the moistest turkey breast I have ever eaten so that was a plus. D:Hebrew National 97% fat free hot dog on 1 slice of Sara Lee bread with Velveeta,Greek yogurt,3 spoons pink fluff E:recumbent bike

S - Usual coffee B - Crab cake eggs benedict w/sauted spinach instead of potatoes, hollandaise on the side L - Hummus w/raw veggies, 1/2 apple with LC wedge, D - Turkey/647 stuffing/arugula/fresh cranberry pear relish on 647 wheat w/spicy mayo. The place we were going to has closed down so this is much more points friendly S - Caramel apple cider martinis (2) E - Spin

Breakfast- Coffee with skim milk & small slice of Cranberry Bread (Sugar-free version) Dinner - Satsuma Mimosas, turkey, dressing, mashed potatoes, gravy, corn, green bean bundles, rice dressing, sweet potato crunch, choice of dirt cake or cheesecake pudding pie with no sugar added cherry pie filling. (One-two Tbs. of each was PLENTY) No salad as I had to throw out the lettuce. Supper - Turkey sandwiches, baby carrots Snack - Are you kidding??? No room. Exercise - Other than sweeping & mopping, a short walk in the sunshine.

b- eng muffin w/ egg and cheese, 1% milk l- out to cafeteria- turkey, stuffing, gravy, green beans, sweet pot. casserole, soft roll, custard pie, unsweet tea (nice thing- only one serving!) d- cheese toast, 1% milk
sn- none
exercise- walked dog am and pm, was up and down the basement steps all day bringing up Christmas things- 7290 steps
bad thing... weigh in in the morning! we will see.....

Plenty.
And plenty of walking, including the Turkey Trot in single-digit temps.
Worth every bite and every step.
