b- grits, 2 slices bacon,1% milk l- bowl of veggie soup from yesterday, pistachios, sprite d- country ham, mashed potatoes, greens tenderized in the pressure cooker, water
sn- none
exercise- minimal- was a cold rainy day, only went out to get the mail- 2890 steps
