Hello! Well I'm off to a decent start -I'm more than halfway through today's challenge! Plus I made it to the gym last night for an hour of spinning plus the weight machines for arms and legs.
I have PT at noon today then this evening I'll hit the gym for another spinning class, assuming the weather co-operates.

Hello again! I had a good PT appointment today. The therapist tried something new which was actually excruciating at times but really helped my foot. I told her how I was getting discouraged and wondering if my foot would always be a little stiff and numb so she tried "scraping" the top of my foot in order to discover and break up scar tissue between the tendons. It really helped! I have a noticeable increase in flexibility plus less numbness. I'm going back tomorrow for more "fun". I feel very encouraged!
